Shop at Lincoln Road Mall
Lincoln Road Mall is a pedestrian-only street lined with shops, restaurants, and cafes. The mall was opened in 1965 by Edward J. DeBartolo Sr., who also developed the nearby Aventura Mall. Initially anchored by Sears, JCPenney, and Lord & Taylor, Burdines (now Macy’s) and Dillard’s (which closed its store in 2015) were later added.
Lincoln Road Mall underwent a major renovation in 1995, which included the addition of an ice skating rink. The rink was later closed due to low public attendance but reopened in 2014 as an outdoor ice skating rink with an enclosed area for spectators to watch skaters from above. The mall boasts over 300 shops and restaurants. It’s anchored by Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, and Saks Fifth Avenue.

Lummus Park
Lummus Park is a public park in Miami Beach, Florida. It’s one of the city’s oldest parks and was funded by a donation from John Lummus. The park features a Civil War memorial, an artificial lake, and a playground.
You can stroll, jog, or bike through the park, or find a spot to sit and relax while having a picnic. There are also many dining options nearby. The park also has public restrooms and water fountains!

Pay Homage at the Holocaust Memorial
The Holocaust Memorial is located between 16th Street and Washington Avenue in Miami Beach. It was unveiled on April 12, 1995, and was designed by Paul Spreiregen, also the author of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington DC. The blocks that make up the memorial represent people’s lives before they were taken away during World War II.
The central block represents one million Jews who died during the Holocaust; it’s made of white marble with an inscribed plaque listing all the names of those who died during this historic period. The surrounding blocks are made up of seven types of stone (each representing a historical event). In total, there are 611 stones in the memorial site representing 611 million people killed during World War II.
